Exposure
A fair, a Maison campaign, a programme opening, a district inauguration. The spend is visible; the position behind it still carries weak or conflicting signals.
AIS™ reads the gap between what you have built, what you are about to commit, and what the decisive audience will actually see. Before an exhibition, a transmission, a market entry or a campaign.
Symbolic debt · the mechanism, in five seconds
The work is read too many ways at once.
The money goes into correction.
The market remembers the wrong version.

§ 01
Where value is formed
Value is not created by exposure. It is created before.
Economic value begins in real assets: the quality of the work, the products, the heritage, the network, the know-how and the domestic reputation. Symbolic value, the value AIS™ works on, is formed elsewhere.
Dispersed assets become one intelligible whole. Position turns inventory into a thesis.
The frame decides what travels, what changes and what stays in reserve. It prevents existing value from being destroyed.
The position meets the right third parties. The right association transfers part of its own authority.
The AIS™ value chain
Where value is formed, where it remains and what the frame changes before execution.
§ 02
What I do
My clients have already built a body of work, an organisation, a collection, a place, a reputation or a network. What they lack is not one more asset, but a frame able to organise how it will be read at the decisive moment.
I read what the market will see, and what it will fail to see, then turn that reading into one decision: what to say, what to withhold, who sees it first, which move waits.
I do not run teams. I do not produce campaigns. I reduce the noise until the market can read a clear position.
§ 03
On the record
“Each session unlocks something and brings me toward a more precise version of my work. I have not felt so intellectually challenged for a long time.”
“The strategic document became something we actually used internally, including in front of our board, and it helped us avoid a few wrong moves.”
“I had been collecting for years without a clear structure. It changed the way I think about my role, and the way I approach institutions now.”
§ 04
Who this is for
What you have built is solid. Make sure the reading of those who matter is too.
§ 05
How to start
Send your situation in a few lines. I answer with one question, at no charge. It establishes whether you need a short verdict, a Session, trajectory work or a Mandate. You do not have to diagnose the right format alone. The situation comes first.
Situations
AIS™ becomes useful when a cultural position is about to meet pressure: more attention, more money, a new market, a succession, a public move. The question is rarely whether the work is good. It is whether the next room will understand it correctly.
01
A fair, a Maison campaign, a programme opening, a district inauguration. The spend is visible; the position behind it still carries weak or conflicting signals.
02
Prices, sales, investors, acquisitions or sponsors enter the frame. The cultural asset has to justify value without flattening into a commercial pitch.
03
A collection, a gallery, a school, a hotel group or a founder-led project has to move across generations, advisors, heirs, boards or teams. The asset survives only if its logic becomes legible.
04
Europe to Asia, institutional to commercial, art world to hospitality, private collection to public recognition. Each crossing changes what the position means.
The structure underneath
The visible profiles vary: artist, gallery founder, family office, Maison, cultural hotel, institution, foundation, founder. The structure underneath is stable. Something has been built, the next exposure will make it more public, and the wrong reading would cost more later than the right decision now.
Cases · AIS™ readings
Cases are written as readings. They show where a position held, where it gave way, and which decision changed the trajectory. Every one is real client work, anonymised for the client's protection. Figures appear only where they are necessary and verifiable.

Position passage · Europe ↔ Asia
A European Maison enters Asia. An Asian hospitality group builds a presence in Europe. A foundation seeks a partner on the other continent. In each case the passage changes what the market understands, values and questions.
An organisation approaches an Asian or European market without mechanically importing the position that worked at home.
It must choose an institution, operator or cultural signature able to provide more than rented visibility.
It prepares an opening, a market presence or a public move whose reading the destination market will fix quickly.
A family-led company, collection or foundation converts local success into a durable international position.
§ 01
The frame delivered
The frame determines what in your current position can genuinely travel; what will lose meaning or authority; what the destination market will understand immediately; which proofs of legitimacy it will expect; what should be adapted, withheld or abandoned; who should see the position first; and in what order to engage partners, exposure and budget.
You do not leave with a campaign. You leave with the frame your teams, agencies and partners must be able to execute.
§ 02
The AIS™ territory
AIS™ works with organisations whose value depends strongly on cultural and reputational reading: art and its market, luxury and Maisons, high-end hospitality, premium real estate when culture and reputation are connected, foundations, institutions, collectors, family offices and family-led companies.
This is not conventional market research, intercultural consulting or a full commercial market entry. The work concerns the position that must hold before those expertises and budgets are committed.
The Session · €3,500
You have a budget. You have a timeline. You have people who need to agree. What you do not have yet is the reading that holds once the pressure sets in.
72 hours, one situation. You bring what exists and what is about to be committed. I bring the outside reading. You receive the frame in writing and a decision your team can act on.
| Fee | €3,500 |
|---|---|
| Delivery | The written frame within 72h |
| Format | Remote or in person |
| Access | By appointment, once the first question shows a full frame is needed |
Paying here books the Session directly. You will land on PayPal's own confirmation screen, which is expected. Reply to the payment email with your situation.
An outside reading before an important decision is not a vote of no confidence in any partner. An agency, advisor or internal team works better when the position already holds.
§ 01
What happens
72 hours, four movements
Two hours alone with what you send: the material, the plan, the spend about to happen.
Five to six hours. One situation, read out loud: what the market will see, what it will miss, what should not be said yet.
A document within 48 hours. Where the position holds, where it leaks, and the decision that follows.
A thirty-minute call within the week, once the document has been read internally.
“The strategic document became something we actually used internally, including in front of our board, and it helped us avoid a few wrong moves.”

What are you preparing to expose, and what decision does it need to support?
Write two or three lines: what exists, what is about to be committed, and where the reading feels weak, unclear or costly.
I answer with one question, at no charge, and it is the one that locates where the position gives way. If the question is enough, take it. If it opens the right problem, we set the frame in 72 hours.
§ 01
The engagements
The situation is the only way in. The question you receive establishes the right intensity. You do not need to select the format before writing.
| Engagement | When | What you receive | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exposure Check | Before a launch, fair, campaign, sale or public move | One written verdict on one move: go, stop, or move with conditions | €600 · 48h |
| The Session | Budget, timeline and stakeholders are set, but the reading is not | The complete frame in writing, plus a follow-up call | €3,500 · 72h |
| Mentorship | The work is a trajectory, and you are the one carrying it | Three phases: clarity, structure, trajectory | On application |
| The Mandate | The position has to be built, repaired or transmitted | Pre-Exposure Audit, then reconstruction: language, sequence, targets, refusals | From €24,000 |
AIS™ stops before execution. It may help choose who executes next, but never becomes the team that produces the campaign.
§ 03
Questions
AI can produce language from the information it is given. AIS™ reads what surrounds that information: the social, symbolic and market pressure. What the room will hear, what it will distrust, what it will misvalue, what it will not see.
You get the outside reading first. A brief built on a position that already holds is sharper to execute, and it saves your agency time, the same way a second opinion is routine before surgery.
Before execution. The value sits in the reading and the decision that come before it: what should be made legible, what should be withheld, who should see it first, and which move should wait.
For agencies and partners
An agency that takes on a brief without knowing whether the underlying position holds is carrying a risk that is not theirs to own. When the campaign lands wrong, the agency gets blamed for what was already broken before the first meeting.
Your team stops guessing at a position nobody defined, and starts executing one that is already tested.
Your client stops paying twice, once for the campaign and once for the correction.
The most expensive positioning errors are the ones nobody catches until after the launch. An Exposure Check costs a fraction of that.
Where it sits
AIS™ reads the position before you brief. What comes back to you is a sharper brief, less rework, and a client budget spent on something that will hold. The Exposure Check does not compete with your work. It protects it.
A second opinion before surgery is routine. This is the same reflex, applied to exposure.
